JSC - Newsletter #1
Hi!
Welcome to the first newsletter of the season for Joy's Supper Club! It's going to be a great year, and to kick it off we'll have an cookout soon. But first, some club news:
Membership
I'm glad to introduce our flagship team members, Mike and Joel. Mike is a fantastic grillmaster, although recently he's been eating grilled chicken from Lean Cuisine. Joel, on the other hand, prefers Trader Joe's potato chile cheese burritos. As for me, I have been feasting on frozen pizzas. But now that there's Joy's Supper Club, I'm sure we'll be back to firing up the grill and making Grandma Stahl's comfort foods!
Healthy eating tips
Even if you're rushed and on the go, there's always time for healthy eating. Fruits and veggies make great snacks. Spread a little peanut butter on a celery stick for a quick lunch or afternoon pick-me-up.
